El juego
España: 1936 is a turn-based strategy game covering the whole Spanish Civil War, from 1936 to 1939. It was our first game: it began as a mod of Ageod’s Revolution Under Siege and grew into a standalone game.
The player recruits, trains and manoeuvres troops and manages the limited resources of their side, Republican or Nationalist, while foreign powers influence the conflict. You can relive battles such as Jarama, Guadalajara or the Ebro, leading the International Brigades or the Army of Africa.
