Thatcher’s War is a solitaire strategy game on the 1982 Falklands War. The player commands the British forces against General Galtieri’s Argentine forces, which are run by the game itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The game has two parts. In the air-naval phase you must win control of the skies with ships and aircraft. In the land phase, British troops advance across East Falkland to Stanley. It is a fun and challenging overview of the war rather than a detailed simulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
